Our CEO, Nishe N.Prabhakaran, is a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in various management disciplines. He firmly believes that effective management hinges on mastering the "3 Ms" – Money, Material, and Men – and that personal self-management is key to achieving organizational goals. Mr.Nishe N.Prabhakaran holds an MBA with dual core specializations in Finance and Marketing Management from the University of Calicut, graduating with a second rank and Intermediate of CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He also possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Mr.Nishe N.Prabhakaran retired from KSEBL (Kerala State Electricity Board Limited) as an Assistant Accounts Officer. His experience also includes serving as a resource person in the training department of KSEBL, where he imparted valuable knowledge and skills to others. He is particularly known for his expertise in change management, successfully leading numerous impactful interventions within organizations.
Beyond his management acumen, Mr.Nishe N.Prabhakaran possesses a deep understanding of receivables management, especially in addressing bad debts. This expertise, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, has fuelled his vision to create a company that thrives on innovation and resilience.
